Paula Barrett is Co-Founder and Managing Director of The CODE, and a specialist career tutor with over 10 years’ experience in education. Trained in Child Psychology, she began her career in the neuro-developmental clinic at The Royal Free Hospital before working internationally as a tutor and educational consultant. Paula is also a fully trained executive function coach, known for combining creativity with evidence-based educational psychology to support meaningful, lasting learning.
